Meet Dj Hector Velocity. Originally from Sun Valley California, Hector Velocity started DJing in the late 80s. During the early 90s in Hector joined forces with some of the San Fernando Valley Underground party promoters. As a Promoter Velocity was a part of the team that Organized and coordinated some of the San Fernando valley’s most Epic Raves and House music events.
